Host Families Needed for 2009-2010
(It doesn’t have to be you)
Host families are needed for
the two students Suburban Rotary is sponsoring for the 2009-2010 Rotary
year. If you can’t host a
student, can you suggest the names of someone who might be a good host family?
The Youth Exchange committee will take it from there, contacting the suggested
family. Please think about who you could
recommend and get the names to Jeff Bakewell.
Needed: A Few Future Leaders
The Rotary Leadership
Institute will be held Saturday, May 30th, 2009 at Iowa Western
Community College in
Council Bluffs. We would like
at least two members of our club to attend.
Please contact Jim Leslie or Jennifer if this sounds interesting to
you.
Mark Your Calendars
The date for the Metro-wide Rotary luncheon as been
announced as September 30th. It will be hosted by Omaha West Rotary
and will feature Ray Klinginsmith, the Rotary
International President-Elect for 2010-2011.
