Last week Alice Schumaker served as greeter and invocator. We had several announcements and presentations.  Rose Mary Hefley introduced Nancy Hintz who talked about the Nebraska Humane Society and introduced her furry friend.    The RISK bag was at $170 and John Hoich  won a free lunch.   
 
 
 
Rotary Foundation Recognition 
Last week , Kathryn Schubert recognized Bob Kment as a Paul Harris Fellow +1 for his donations of $2000 to the Rotary Foundation and Ron Pearson as a Paul Harris Fellow+3 for his donations of $3000 to the Rotary Foundation.  Thank you for your generosity!
 
 
 
 
 
 
Volunteers Needed
Thank you to all who have signed up to help with Winter Night Watch.  This is our last week.   Moving on we need many volunteers for our meal packaging project. All ages are welcome to volunteer for this and we can have seats for folks who need to sit.  
 
 
We need over a 100 volunteers so considering getting a group of friends, family, or co-workers together.

Rotary Book Club
The next book i  "I'll Push You: A Journey of 500 Miles, Two Best Friends, and One Wheelchair" by Patrick Gray and Justin Skeesuck. 
 
It looks like an interesting book, and we look forward to discussing it on Tuesday, February 12.  Our next meeting is currently scheduled at Wheatfields on 103rd and Pacific.  New members welcome!
