Meeting re-cap 4/12/18
Last week Amanda Fink and Andrew Wesely served as Greeters. Rose Mary Hefley gave the invocation. Ward Peters hosted the new member table.   We had several announcements.   Bob Mundy introduced Joan Squires who talked to us about Omaha Performing Arts and what goes into bringing the best shows to Omaha.  The RISK bag was at $89 and Julie Livingston won a free lunch.

Local Suburban Charitable Foundation 2018 Fundraiser
Our 2018 fundraiser is off to a strong start having raised 36K of our 40K goal.   We are still at half of our goal for participation, so make a donation today!   The local Suburban Rotary Charitable Foundation supports 50K of scholarships each year to students with special needs in addition to funding projects such as military support, Crestridge school, food and shoes to the homeless, and projects around the world such as the schools in Afghanistan and Nicaragua.

Our hope is that every single member will "Stand Up For Rotary" with a donation in any amount.   Those who donate or pledge $300 annually will be recognized as President's Scholarship Circle Members. We recognized some more of our donors last week. You can donate at a meeting or online by clicking HERE.
