Happy Independence Day!
Last week re-cap
Thanks to Max Burbach, Monique Devillier, Deanna Fuller, and Bryant Morrison for serving as Greeters and Ushers for last week's event. Thanks to our fabulous District Governor, Roxy Orr for invocating for us.  Thank you all who attending and those who worked so hard on the Changing of the Guard skit-especially Jared Bakewell.  A special thank you to Andrea, the Storm Chasers staff, and Martie Cordaro for letting us use Werner Park as a venue.
A good time was had by all and typical Suburban Rotary goofiness was on display.   Check out all of the photos on Facebook!
President's Corner- a new feature!
Be sure to check out this section each week for a message from President Mary Bernier.
Hello All My Suburban Rotarian Friends,
What a wonderful Changing of the Guard event we had at Werner Park! So many members worked to make this meeting fun, memorable and safe. Thank you, All. For those not able to join us, we miss you and understand your need to be careful. Every effort will be made to keep our in-person/Zoom meetings inclusive and interactive.
Be sure to Zoom in to the Watch Party on July 7th at 6 pm to see Thursday’s hilarious video.
We have a great year ahead! While there are challenges, our club is up to the task. Several new initiatives will begins during the next few weeks. Marlon will be introducing a new game to replace Split the Pot on Zoom. Special surprise guests will be dropping by to say hello at our meetings. There will be a new Word Search game in the Scuttlebutt. And there are more! Read about them in future Scuttlebutts and Zoom into meetings to take part.
Mostly, our thanks to Tom, Joe, Dan, and Jennifer for leading us through a difficult year with style and grace.
We continue to be Suburban Rotary, the Best Rorary Club in the Cosmos!
