Rotary Leadership Institute
This is open to all members.

Engage and empower members . . .
Energize and strengthen your Rotary Club . . .
Provide Leadership Development for Members . . .
Learn about Rotary and have fun!

That is the Rotary Leadership Institute experience!

Rotary Leadership Institute (RLI) is a facilitated program with active participation - not lecturing. Topics important to Rotary and Rotary Clubs such as Effective Service Projects, Membership Engagement, and understanding The Rotary Foundation are explored. You will discuss real challenges and exchange ideas.

Sign up yourself - you will be a more effective leader for your Rotary Club.

Nominate members and they will naturally become more engaged because they will have a richer Rotary experience.

RLI is for everyone - Leadership is not a position, it is action.

There are two upcoming opportunities to participate in RLI.

You must participate in the full day to get credit.

Rotary Foundation Minute
Our Rotary Foundation Committee (the charitable arm of Rotary Intl) will be bringing you a "Rotary Foundation Minute" each week this fall.

The Rotary Foundation is the charitable arm of Rotary. The Foundation
transforms donations into service projects.

Programs of Scale Grants are for longer term activities that align with
one or more of the areas of focus and include strong elements of
monitoring, evaluation, and collaborative learning.

The Foundation awards only one of these grants each year. The
selected project will receive a grant of $2 million dollars.

This is a new grant program that was introduced in the 20/21 year.
The first program of scale recipient was the Zambia Malaria Elimination
Program. This program seeks to reduce the incidence of malaria by
90% in 10 target districts in 2 provinces in Zambia.
