Last week Gary Beller introduced us to new member Ivan Korganoff. Ivan is a Senior Sales Manager with 15 years of experience working in the Hospitality industry. He’s dedicated the last 10 years building his resume through multiple roles with Marriott International. He specializes in contract negotiation, relationship building, and works with senior management to establish sales plans to maximize the hotel’s performance. He’s fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese, which he uses to assist several departments as needed in the hotel. He likes to promote a work environment of positivity & high energy. He encourages others to work smart & hard in order to succeed in both their professional and personal goals. Ivan is inspired daily by Lexi, his wife, and the way she runs her photography business. He is working on developing his entrepreneurial mindset and skills to do something that benefits the community and his family in years to come. In his free time he enjoys traveling, riding his motorcycle and spending time organizing his new home with Lexi and Layla, their 11 month Pyre doodle. He is thrilled to be a new member with the Suburban Rotary, and looks forward to many fulfilling years as a fellow Rotarian! Welcome, Ivan! |
