Local Suburban Charitable Foundation 2018 Fundraiser
We kicked off the 2018 local Foundation Fundraiser with a great program last week learning about what our dollars do locally and and around the world.  The local Suburban Rotary Charitable Foundation supports 50K of scholarships each year to students with special needs in addition to funding projects such as military support, Crestridge school, food and shoes to the homeless, and projects around the world such as the schools in Afghanistan and Nicaragua.

Our hope is that every single member will "Stand Up For Rotary" with a donation in any amount.   Those who donate or pledge $300 annually will be recognized as President's Scholarship Circle Members. We recognized some of our early donors last week. You can donate at a meeting or online by clicking HERE.

A fantastic party took place at the Field Club on Saturday night! A special thank you to Roxy Orr, Sheila Kalhorn, and the Anniversary Committee Party who made it happen. Frank Lastovica who worked hard on our video (will bring it to you online later for those who didn't see it) and Rich Rowland who flew in just to be our emcee.   More photos will be on Facebook later this week.
