Last week Michael Wehling and Warren Hill served as greeters. Roger Utman gave the invocation. We had several announcements and presentations. Bob Perrin introduced Marc Kraft and several others working on the Broom Man Project for Omaha. The RISK bag was at $523 and Harry Reyburn won a free lunch.

to Alan Stanek who was recognized with a Charlene Tierney Citation for donating $1000 to our local Suburban Rotary Charitable Foundation by Chair Roxy Orr. The local Foundation supports our scholarship program and many other projects of the club.

Congratulations to Sol Kutler who was recognized for 29 years of perfect attendance last week by Joe Sequenzia and President Kathryn Schubert.

Rotary Foundation Month

In this 100th Anniversary year of the Rotary Foundation, the committee will also be recognizing all Paul Harris Sustaining Members (donations of $100 or more this Rotary year) with a special 100th Anniversary pin. Warren Hill handed out more of these last week.

November is Rotary Foundation month! Please get your name on the list donor list by making your donation to the Rotary Foundation today! You can go online to myrotary.org to donate or get a form from Jennifer at a meeting. You can also give her a check made out to The Rotary Foundation to mail in for you.

Salvation Army Bell Ringing

It's that time again! We will be ringing bells at JCPenney Westroads on November 26th and December 10th. Please go to the calendar portion of our website and select the date to sign up.

Keep the Kids Warm

Mark your calendar for Thursday, November 17th for our annual "Keep the Kids Warm" Event.

5-7pm at Lindley Clothing

Accepting donations of new or gently used kids coats, hats, gloves, etc. Donations may be made to the Suburban Rotary Charitable Foundation which will be used to purchase clothing for needy students at Crestridge Magnet School.

Our After Hours will feature food, drinks, and entertainment by Mark Sanford.
