Support our Friends at Anthony's
Obviously Anthony's will be missing our business as well as that of many other groups.   If you would like to help them and the workers, consider order takeout from them.   Their menu can be found by clicking HERE.    You can call 402-331-7575 and place your order on the phone and they will bring it out to you.   All tips are being put into a pool for all the servers, so be generous!

How can we serve?
In an effort to support each other in these tough times, we are introducing a club service initiative.   We will still look for ways to serve outside the club.  Please send ideas for that to Community Service Chair Mark Roberts.

For club service, we will have three avenues:

1.) Physical assistance-  we will ask our under 60 members if they are willing to run to the store, pick up prescriptions, or do other things for Rotarians who should not go out because of age/health.   You can sign up if you want to help or would like some help.   (PS- only Jennifer can see this list)

2.) Technology assistance-  Technology is going to be vital to keeping everyone connected over the next few months.  We don't anyone left out because they don't know how to use it. Are you willing to teach someone how to set up Amazon Prime, download books from the library to an e-reader, get a Facebook account, or participate in our virtual meetings?   Are you someone who would like some over the phone help with these things?

3.) Social interaction- Would you like to get to know other Rotarians through a Vocational Exchange phone call, maybe play a game online, or just have a conversation?   If so, we encourage everyone to sign up for this.

Jennifer will be coordinating connections for this. Please send her your thoughts and ideas as we try to make this work.  CLICK HERE TO SIGN UP   You will need to sign in. Call the office if you have any trouble.
100%ers
Congratulations to to our 100%ers recognized by John Binderup last week: Cindy Kinsler- 10 years and Kathryn Schubert-11 years!

Diaper Drive!
Congratulations to Kelly Adams and Jared Bakewell who were our winning "Big Baby" Team Leaders for the Life House Diaper Drive.   We look forward to seeing Mark Roberts and Kevin Welsh diapered up for next week's virtual meeting.   Nearly 10,000 diapers and $560 was donated to the Life House as part of our Diaper Drive. Thank you Rotarians!

NEW Rotary Club to End Human Trafficking
Several midwestern Rotary Districts are coming together to charter a new cause-based Rotary club to fight human trafficking. We need 20 members to charter this club which will be an online eclub.  Please spread the word to folks you know who might be interested in becoming Rotarians in an online club and who care about this cause.  (Rotarians can only belong to one club at a time).

Contact Jennifer with any questions.
