Last week Don Leu introduced us to new member Bruce Lemen. Bruce has been a real estate investor for 4 years and most recently got his agent's license. Bruce works on The Bill Black Team through NP Dodge and is enjoying it very much. He was born and raised in Council Bluffs, and after graduation from Iowa State University in the mid-80's, moved to Omaha. Bruce and his wife Jill will celebrate 30 years of marriage in 2023, and have 25 year-old twins named Sophia and Phillip. In the 1880's, Bruce's great, great Grandfather founded what is known now at Children's Square in Council Bluffs. His father, David Lemen , was a life-long Rotarian achieving perfect attendance for 40+ years. His Father was Executive Director at Children's Square until the mid-70's and being raised on the orphanage campus, service to others was ingrained in Bruce. Welcome, Bruce! |
