WELCOME CHRISTOPHER PFANSTIEL

Last week Holly Hollenbeck introduced us to new member Christopher Pfanstiel. Christopher is a Partner in Hustad Company which is a commercial roofing and commercial contractor company. He has made a transition to a new career after practicing law for nearly 20 years.

Christopher is originally from a farm in Osmond, Nebraska. He attended UNL and then earned his law degree from Creighton. Christopher has 3 children and in his spare time enjoys hunting with his Labs, hiking, camping, and snowboarding. He is President of the Lower Platte Chapter of Pheasants Forever and is involved in its Youth Mentor Hunting program. Welcome, Christopher!

WELCOME C.L. LANDEN

Last week Jerry Gordman introduced us to new member C.L. Landen. C.L. is the President of Security National Bank. C.L. attended Westside High School in Omaha and earned his degree in Business Administration from the University of Denver.

He is an active member of the community serving on several boards including: the Nebraska Methodist Health System, Boy Scouts, Ak-Sar-Bn, and the Westside Foundation. C.L. is married to Patty and in his free time enjoys traveling with his family.

Military affairs Fundraiser- For the next month the committee will be selling savings sidekick books at the meetings to raise funds to support projects benefiting local troops. books are $20 and you can buy them or donate them to the troops. You can also make tax-deductible donations to our foundation for these projects.

Downtown Rotary is putting on a special Young Professionals event on September 29th at 11:30 at the UNO Thompson Alumni Center. Cost is $30 but use code DowntownRotary when registering to save $5. Includes fantastic speakers, lunch, a service project, and happy hour.
