A key highlight will be our global grant projects, overseen by the World Community Service Committee under the leadership of John Ferguson. These projects represent our club's commitment to making a difference across the globe.
Additionally, Past District Governor Rich Rowland will provide insights into the ongoing club survey, which wraps up on the same day. His presentation will offer a chance to reflect on our collective vision for the future.
The global grant projects to be featured are as follows, along with the amounts approved by our Club Foundation:
- $20,000: Medical equipment for Craig Memorial Rotary Clinic in Shikunga, Kenya.
- $20,000: Solar power for Iman Hospital, Lebanon Project.
- $5,100: Matching Warren Hill’s donation for a Clean Water and Latrines WASH project in Comalapa, Nicaragua.
- $10,000: Poona West Global Grant Collaboration.
- $30,000: Hearts of Europe Global Grant for a Ukraine Emergency Preparedness Program.
- $2,000: Annual donation to Operation Hippocrates in Belize.
