Our annual Kicks for Kids (formerly known as Keeps the Kids Warm) raised $1,776. What a historic number that is! We thanked our fabulous host Marlene Sullivan for making the event a reality. Thank you to all Rotarians who came and supported the event.

The Editor was amazed with the number 1776. 1776 was a significant year in American history because it marked the country's independence. Though the American Revolutionary War would continue for another decade, the events of 1776 helped create a sense the patriotism and loyalty needed to militarily defeat British troops.
