A distinguished member of the esteemed Arch Klumph Society of Rotary International, John Hoich takes pride in his role as a leader within the organization.
From humble beginnings, launching a lawn care business as a teenager armed with a single lawnmower and boundless determination, John Hoich has etched a remarkable career path that led him to achieve millionaire status by 30. Ever grateful, he attributes his divine success to his faith, expressing daily gratitude to God, his Savior, and Lord Jesus Christ.
John's entrepreneurial ventures have traversed diverse landscapes, encompassing grounds maintenance contracts at U.S. government facilities, land development, and ownership of a diverse portfolio that includes a hotel, office buildings, industrial complexes, apartment complexes, shopping centers, assisted living facilities, a 9-hole golf course, and a fifty-year contract for military housing development. His astute business acumen is further evident through strategic investments that have solidified his position as a seasoned entrepreneur.
