Recently, James Reed introduced the newest Rotarian Patrick Combs, President and CEO of Walnut Media, a local, family-owned media company that owns and operates 7 radio stations, a digital marketing company, a podcast production company and an entertainment division. Walnut Media operates the popular Boomer Radio station in Omaha along with Heartland’s Christian Voice KCRO 660AM, Bluffs Country 106.5 in Council Bluffs and Mix 105.5 and Big Dog Country in Fremont. Patrick has been in the marketing/advertising field for over 30 years and has experience hosting a radio talk show, running his own agency, serving in senior positions at major media companies and has a great deal of experience in writing and producing creative content for numerous clients on a variety of mediums. Combs has guest lectured at multiple universities and presented his marketing workshop to many small business groups and chambers of commerce across the country. He and his wife Laura live in Valley, Nebraska, and have 2 adult children.
